Recent climate change data describes a planet in crisis. Centuries of human activity have strained Mother Nature to her limits, leading to one conclusion: the current use of Earth's resources is not sustainable.

Baby Rock Fitness recognises the importance of protecting the environment for future generations, and that's why we've set ourselves a goal:
Achieve carbon neutrality by 2035.
OUR progress
Green Electric
All electric used to operate our business is supplied by Octopus Energy using a ‘Green Electric’ tariff. This electricity source is generated by wind, solar and hydro generators and essentially makes this ‘net zero’ energy.
Eco-Travel
Because we operate online, we have no carbon footprint from emissions as a result of commuting. When business-related travel is necessary, we choose low-emission, eco-friendly options like walking, cycling, and ride-sharing.
Cleaning Green
All cleaning products we use are made by a company called Method, who care about sustainability. Their products are cruelty-free, bottled in 100% post consumer recycled (PCR) PET plastic, and are non-toxic, plant-based and biodegradable.
Sustainable Shipping
We partner with environmentally conscious couriers to ship our brand merchandise using the most eco-friendly available method. All packaging is either biodegradable or made from post-consumer recycled material.
Our future
We still have a long way to go before we reach carbon neutrality, and as our business grows, we're pledging to grow our commitment to the environment. Here's a few more of our plans to make our company (and the planet!) greener.
Solar
When means permit, we will install solar panels to further reduce our National Grid reliance. This method will increase the availability of National Grid energy for others to use and enable us to become more self-reliant for our energy requirements.
