What do you offer your clients?

I offer bespoke (custom-made) nutrition plans and exercise routines. My specialty is working with clients who fall into the class 1-3 obesity categories; however, I can work with anyone who has health and/or fitness goals.

Question 2

Will you actually be my coach, or do you have other trainers handle your clients?

Accepted Answer

Right now, I am my company's sole employee, so if you sign up for a custom program, I will be your coach and personal trainer. However, I can't promise this will always be the case: if my client list gets too large in the future, I may have to hire trainers to help me. But rest assured, your program will ALWAYS be tailored to you, and any trainers I work with will be vetted!

Question 3

I see that you are based in the United Kingdom. Do I have to live there to work with you?

Accepted Answer

No, you can live anywhere in the world! That is the beauty of online coaching. The only requirement is that you have a good understanding of English (both written and spoken) to ensure that you can access the full potential of your program.

Question 4

My job requires me to travel. Can I still work with you?

Accepted Answer

There are many jobs that can require people to travel as part of their occupation. If you do travel frequently, this is not a barrier for you to access my program. We can create a program based around your lifestyle!

Question 5

I have been diagnosed with a mental health condition or an eating disorder. Can you still work with me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you visit the 'About' section, you will see that I, too, have struggled with anxiety, depression and a binge eating disorder, in addition to alcohol abuse.  
 
Because I've been there myself, I understand the obstacles that face people with these life-changing diagnoses, particularly when it comes to weight loss or training. It makes me uniquely equipped to help you reach your fitness goals.

However, I must stress that I am NOT trained nor licensed as a psychiatrist or psychologist, so I cannot diagnose, treat or dispense medication. If you feel you are struggling, please seek assistance. I can work alongside any services you access to ensure that you receive the best possible care.

Question 6

Your website frequently mentions neurodivergence. Do you only work with clients who have ASD, ADHD, Tourette's, etc.?

Accepted Answer

No, not exclusively. However, I understand that weight loss may be more difficult for these individuals due to idiosyncrasies characteristic of neurodivergent conditions, like executive dysfunction and demand avoidance. I offer something to the neurodivergent community that other personal trainers in the weight-loss space do not: personal experience. I am AuDHD myself, so I understand these struggles because I live with them.
